I now have 2 arthritic knees at age 34, so no more running for me. I've been biking for about a month, and I wish I would have started earlier. My knees feel so much better it's kind of amazing. I doubt I lose much weight, my body has pretty much decided this is what I'll weigh, but hopefully I'll redistribute a few pounds that migrated when I couldn't run. Even if I only lose 10lbs or so I'd be happy and my knees would probably really thank me.
Welcome to the Clyde Formun Raub.
