That looks like the base model Roubaix. We sold them at my shop for $1299 with Shimano 105 when brand new. By the end of the season we were selling them for $999 to get rid of them. By the time you build it up it will have cost you $800 if you find killer deals on all your parts. Whether saving $200 dollars to have a bike without a manufacturers warranty is up to you. I thought the frame rode pretty good for a $1000 bike, but I wouldn't build it up into a $2000 dollar bike.
I'm actually going to use the parts on my current road bike (steel) with mostly 105 components.
I basically would just have to get the frame, integrated headset, and fork.
I have an integrated fork in mind the Reynolds Ouzo, but as far as the integrated headset I'm trying to find out as much info as I can so I can get the right one.
There are so many factors to consider and the specialized site isn't giving too much info
