Need help identifying a frame.
I just picked up a frame that I need help identifying. It has been painted (bad rattle can paint job) and I am no good at knowing frame particulars. Here are a few particulars and a picture or two...
It is definitely a steel frame, lugged (nothing really fancy), with horizontal rear dropouts. It has 3 cable guides on the top of the top tube. On the underside of the downtube there are hearts welded on, one near the top and the other near the bottom. The serial number is under the bottom bracket and has been partially obscured. I think it is D 84J6C777?.
Any help would be appreciated.
