Just out of curiosity, did you check out the Madone 5.2 SL. I was looking at some bikes yesterday and my LBS owner told me that Trek is having a sale on some of the Madone models. Up to 700 off and he would knock and addtitional 15% off for being such a good customer and I could have gotten the Madone 5.2 SL out the door for $2400.00. I was tempted but more than what I was looking to spend right now. I rode it for about a mile or so and it was nice, I feel like I am riding a huffy after riding the Madone
