This is also my secret weapon!
Though popcorn in and of itself is full of sodium, starch, and carbohydrates I use it as a filler snack. Much better for you than any chip you can eat, except pork rinds I guess.
I pop mine with canola oil and flavor it with very very light salt and some artificial stuff called "Butter Buds" that actually taste good and have next to no calories.
