Of course we are all different, with different metabolisms, but I eat about 3500-4000 calories a day, more on race days. I'm 147 with 9% body fat right now. By April that should be around 145 with 8% BF. I've felt like you feel before, when I just feel like I could eat and eat and eat and never feel like I'm getting enough. When that happens I just go with it and eat. FWIW I eat very healthy, I don't really drink (maybe two or three beers a month), I'll have a piece of dark chocolate a couple of time a week but that's about it.
