Damaged in Shipping, beautiful Pista

Hello all, sorry to bring this up but I wanted to ask to double check.

This is the situation:
I indicated that the seller should separate the wheels from the frame with cardboard
Seller should wrap all frame tubing and all loose parts should be securred.
Dropouts should have supports

Seller reassures me that he is a mechanic and knows how to pack a bike.

Bike arrive, loose handlebars and stem, frame not fully wrapped, fork had no wrap/protection. Extensive chipipng on seatstays from stem and handlebars, extensive chipping on forks from wheel.

Now... it should be the seller who seeks any claim with the courier and the seller should compensate me for the damages from his pocket immediately.

FYI, frame had recently been painted professionally and was flawless when purchased on ebay.
