I have a sprung champion flyer. I figured weight was not a huge concern on my LHT and the extra suspension would be appreciated. After several thousand KMs I am quite happy with my choice.
I recently received a Selle Anatomica unsprung saddle for my Thorn touring bike. I haven't had much chance to use it, but I am interested to see if I miss the springs from my brooks.
