But if you are talking a complete wheel, I still say a disc rear wheel is the way to go. Plenty to choose from and super-cheap in comparison.

I think you are going to have to buy a onone hub and build from there. If this is an mtb wheel just forget about the second fixed cog you'll be better off with a freewheel anyway.
