I had pretty bad apnea (doctor estimated I was getting about about 10% of my eight hours was actual good "sleep time"), but never did a CPAP. I started exercising and eating right and 30-40 lbs later, the apnea was completely gone.

It's absolutely amazing what difference a good night's sleep is. If I had known then what I know now, I would have been on a CPAP in a microsecond.
