You, my man, are my inspiration! That is some awesome long distance cycling. I hope that I can be all Legs n' Lungs when I hit 55. Thanks for the advice on the rest stops and nutrition. I'm going to have to get that part of it down for sure... I'd hate to get sick to the stomach while riding. I'm glad that I don't have the amount climbing on this ride as you had on your double and triple.

I'm still not enthused about the 30.87 miles of uphill. I know one of the hills is a monster and I should hit that at about the 45 mile mark.
