Well geneman, I find that if you commute to work most every day, ride for recreation with others on the weekend and on Wednesday night after dinner and just make the bike a normal part of life it all adds up pretty quick. When I need to run to the store or run an errand, I never think car, I always think about which route to take, if I feel like climbing a few hills or not, which bag to put on the bike. The bike is just part of my life. As far as the procreation goes, I do't sleep much.
