Puerto was sidelined because doping wasn't a crime in Spain. It had to be proven that they were endangering public health. The judge said that doping was going on, but it coudldn't be proved it was endangering riders's health.

BTW, that's what pissing me the most. Futballers are doping systematically (Juventus) and we barely hear anything. But cyclists are getting penalized even before proven guilty. That's simply loopsided.
So if another sport is lax on doping, that makes cyclists victims? Whose blood do you think is in those bags?
