Cool. When I couldn't ride outdoors this winter, I used the Bike-O-Vision dvd road-trip series for my indoor cycling when weather was impossible for riding. I like them a lot because there's no "coaching", no rear-ends of other cyclists in the way, and nothing but nice roads to look at. Worked great.
LOL! That contrasts greatly to the drill sargeant like coach in the spinerval dvds. I can still hear him shouting at me while I was screaming and spinning them pedals.
EDIT: Ok he wasn't shouting but with the pain I was feeling he might as well have been!
