You've gotten some good suggestions what has worked for me
1. Water, water, water - It helps to make you feel full
2. Up the protien, fish, chicken, and lean red meat. Watch the fat but more protien will make you feel fuller
3. Get the junk food out of the house
4. Carbs with lots of fiber are better. Shreaded wheat with a bit of splenda can make a good snack
Of course I have all the same problems and need to follow my own advice ;-)
