I love that line. Nice report and congrats on the great team finish.
Having attempted it in a 2-man break before MDcatV and his boys did it right, I can say that the "bleeding from both eyes" phenomenon was happening to just about anyone who tried to drive a hard pace up that hill... Except the guy who won the Masters' race by a minute and a half... Dude was out of the saddle hammering that hill into submission on every single lap.
