I think your price is fair, probably the most you could expect for this make & model. Lowest price I have seen for a Grand Record of similar size & condition was at the Seattle Swap meet some years ago, it had sewup tires & went for $250 to a fellow whose teenaged daughter wheedled him into the buy. As to the buyer in Olympia scenario, there are some high quality vintage bikes in our Puget Sound area & you could likely get more than an upper level Moto for $500 if you shopped around. Don
