Thomson says their post is capable of 17 degrees of tilt in either direct. I'm trying to get my seat to tilt backward. The front screw is maxed out while the back screw is bottomed out, but the seat is level. Do I need to flip the top plate that says "front", around? I would just try it but it is a b#%ch to get your fingers all up in there.
Is the indicator on the top plate on the same side as the degree scale on the main part of the post? If not and the top plate does have the front facing forward, spin your post around and swap the top plate around.
