Unreasonable wattage increases...
Is it realistic to think that I could have increased my wattage at FTP by 15% from last August? I didn't race preceding August, and my riding didn't include the interval, or long tempo, rides that it has since.

The reason I bring this up is that I'm going in for a follow up lactate test tomorrow.
