When I lived and commuted near Canadaigua, NY I was able on occasion to make my 18 mile commute in
just under an hour. I had a long descent to start, but the balance was rolling (sometimes steep) hills along the lake.
Going home always took about 10 mintues longer - from the climb back to the house and from being stressed and tired from work.
Now I commute from the bedroom to the office in the room next door.
