I'm going to agree with karesz3 on this. If you are going to go deep dish you will only notice a difference as with most everything else when the change is big. I would say 40-50mm would be a good range with reasonable results. Watch out for those x winds though. It's like a parachute on your wheel.

American Classics had some wheels going...1340 g for under $600 somewhere on the internet. They were 34mm I believe.
