numb feet
Tight shoes is definitely one common cause, I know, as I have extra wide feet and had to finally go out and buy 4E wide shoes. Poor pedaling technique can also cause numb feet. Not “spinning circles” or pushing hard only on the down stroke can cause your feet to go numb. I found that when I was wearing shoes that were too small and my feet started to go numb, if I concentrated on my pedal stroke, and not mash down on the pedals, I could get the circulation back.
