Bayview and Pottery road. Up Bayview...back down, recover, up Pottery Road...back down, recover..repeat. If you want to do hill intervals in the beaches just start at Vic Park and do the down one street, up the next. By the time you get to Lee Ave you should be tired of hills. Glen Manor and Southwood are personal faves.
