Most of my stuff does multiple duty, some was purchased for other things.
Much of my gear is multiple detail:
REI Elements jacket and pants, MTS long-johns, balaclava, Minimalist gloves, Coolmax jersey, and my backpack are also my hiking gear.
My bibs, socks/shoes, booties, helmet, and cycling gloves are really the only bike-specific gear I've bought.
