I did 30 miles of the Cherry Ride, out of town along The Columbia River and the dam, then wonderful hilly rural roads. Even saw a new vineyard (big) being put in, that is really cherry orchard and wheat country so very interesting that someone is also saying vineyard. Other than the week long ride last year, that I went we sisters, this was my first supported 1 day group ride. It was very enjoyable, met up with 2 women from Salem, going about the same speed, so I even had someone to ride with. I will definitely do more of them, seeing new country was very fun.
