20 miles isnt bad at all for me thats what's so weird.. maybe I am just not sleeping well or something. I eat a pretty high amount of carbs. And a good amount of protein as well. My calories are probably (very rough estimate) 60% carbs, 30% protein and 10% fat.
I usually have bananna for breakfast. ppj sandwhich with pretzels and yogurt for lunch, and then chicken or pasta or some sort of meaty soup for dinner. my snacks consist of carrots, grapes, pretzels, and chips/salsa
I am probably just tired but am just starting to worry myself of malnutrition after feeling somewhat lightheaded. Although I really think I eat pretty decently (especially for someone my age)
