Fine you need carbs.
Just make sure its the right carbs. You need sweets? Then make sure they are some good sweets. Stay away from corn syrup and get into some organic brown rice syrup.
I'm too lazy to do the search but just google the different sugars out there and see which are the good ones. There are alot of them so its not as simple as picking up some candy and calling that your sugar requirement.
You need carbs? Then chow down on some vegetables to get your complex carbs. There are other ways to get your carbs than the unhealthy ones.
