I occasionally ride out to Okutama, where my organization has a camp located at the Sawai station, between Ome Shi and Okutama Shi. I enjoy riding out there. Have you been to the caves at Nippara? Very nice. I've not been out to Okutama Lake, but a trip there would be great for this spring.

Looking forward to meeting you sometime--hopefully on April 3.

Guys,

Two training weekends left before the first hill-climb race of the year, so I think I'd better hit the hills on Saturday. I guess I will climb Oyama. Sunday is the day for putting the kids in the child seats and riding down the Onda river for a picnic.

Have a look at the "Hill Climb Races in Japan" thread for a fun? idea for May.
