I don't qualify either, I have a Topeak Road Morph mounted to my top tube recently defined as unOCP and have a rather large saddle bag to carry all of my junk, definetly not OCP. I do color coordinate my Jersey, gloves, socks and headwraps though. Plus I ride a $1000 AL Pilot 2.1 which would never be taken as a serious bike
