if I have 48-18 I get 70.1 g.i.; 48-14 I get 90.1 g.i.. A difference of 20 gear inches.
if I have 52-18 I get 75.9 g.i.; 52-14 I get 97.6 g.i.. A difference of 21.7 gear inches.
