general question on bike shop turn-around time
EDIT - the title should read "turn-around time"
How long should it be expected to take to have a bike shop do an overhaul on an older bike, assuming no new parts need to be ordered?
Also, what do you think is the best bike shop for touring related interests/mechanics in New York City?
