Dumb crash last night. Had the front wheel wash out and came do a dead stop with my left hand balled into a fist right under the left nipplage. Knocked the wind out of me. Luckily no one ran me over as I crawled like a fish out of water off the trail to try and breath. Only a few miles left so no big deal finishing the ride. Tried soaking the ribs from the inside out with some vodka and cranberry with little effect. Well, effect but not what I was hoping for.
Decent amount of sleep, deep breaths and picking stuff off the floor still sucks but I'm pretty sure they won't have to euthanize me. No outside bruising and no funny sounds coming out from the rib cage so off to work I go.

did no break any ribs. darn. before going to the doctor. go try it again to see if you can break a couple...cause you know its so much fun...and the medical bill will be worth it....and heck, the doctors need to do some work to earn the money...
