You have hit on the main thing (the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.)

This can be good, or bad...either his fear translates into action, inaction, or...

...urban bike paths...



(Note: urban bike paths, such as exist in Atlanta, are not to be confused with the type that exist in some areas, such as where Denver lives. Many of our Atlantan bike paths are formulas for cyclist extinction, no exaggeration.)
