If you currently have a triple crank, the Ultegra brifters won't work with it unless they are also specifically triple shifters. 9-speed Ultegta brifters were double/triple compatible. The new 10-speed brifters are specific for one or the other. They may shift ok over the two larger rings but won't access the granny properly.
