The part that says
{URL= website address} and the part that says
{/URL} (I changed the type of brackets so they would be visible in my reply) are the "tags" that make the link.
If you just want the word
linky to be the link, move the closing tag {/url} to just after the word
linky. Remember you use these: [] not these: {}.
