Hello Dave, I don't think I've ever seen another member from the Isle of Sheppey...you're doing something wonderful for yourself and your family by getting out and getting that exercise. It will make you feel better about yourself, and the people around you too.
Good luck with the slimming, and don't forget to visit the Clydesdales forum--there are some inspiring stories there, and the members in that forum are very supportive
