Hit the gym and pump some iron. Add some meat to those skinnies of yours. The side effect is that you will burn more calories throughout the day.

For reference, I'm 6'3" tall. When buff and trim, I weigh in at 230. Right now, I'm 270.

Add 20 lbs of muscle and you can keep the same weight with no problem ;-)
im 6'1" and 140. so what? geometry, technique, and fit of a bike are much more important than the weight (to an extent)
