As for Utah, I grew up there (insert joke here). It's a great place to be from (ha ha) and an even better place to visit. My parents still live there and I work remotely anyway so we'll hang out in the cooler weather and I'll try to do the Mt Nebo climb (6000 feet of climbing in 20 miles) once a week along with other high-altitude climbs. My goal is to come back weighing 70kg but we'll see how well that pans out. I still enjoy eating, no matter the altitude.
