likely to be real track hubs. i have a set from the late 70s spaced at 120 w/ reverse threads.
However, there could be the slight chance that they're spaced 120 for a 5 speed freewheel w/no reverse lockring threads, something that was produced in the 1970s as well
sounds like these are being represented as track hubs, so i doubt they're road type, but it's possible. coulda been ridden suicide, but ideally seller would have mentioned that.
