You should figure out about how many calories you're consuming each day. I've found if I don't count calories, I invariably consume much more than I think I am.

My guess is that your caloric intake is still too high. If you're taking in more than you're burning, you won't lose weight, even if you're riding regularly. You probably need to tighten up your diet.
