I found this old Peugeot when trashpicking. I'm planning on converting it to a fixed gear soon.

It's not worth much, right? Some of the stuff seems rather "consumer," but I really don't know much of old road gear.

The brakes are Mafac "Racer" series. Simplex deraileur, Stronglight "TS" cranks. Steel rims of unknown make. What's the model? I think it's got some class (the silver n' checkerboards are cool), even if it's rather cheap.

Here's the problem: the left crank arm has a damaged / enlarged mounting hole from being used when loose. Where can I find one that'll match? I've looked around on eBay a few times when I first got the bike; I didn't find much other than expensive, modern stronglight cranks.

If I end up replacing the BB, what should I look for? English, French threads? What if I only replaced the crankarms-- what would fit the current BB?

Many thanks.
