You can add in tire and maintenance. I figured that my commute in car (32 mile r/t) is about $6 in (premium) gas and $~2 in tires and maintenance. Although if you end up putting few miles on the car, you may need to change the fluids on the time schedule instead of mileage - 2 year old oil is not so good, and brake fluid and coolant are often changed by years, not mileage.
