Old Dura Ace Brake Cable Ferrules

Found a couple of old Dura Ace brake sets recently, and thought one might look, and work, nice on my old Fuji roadie commuter. I also found a really inexpensive moustache bar at the LBS yesterday, and that is part of the plan too.

The only issue I see, is the Dura Ace levers seem to be missing the ferrule, or cable socket, where the cable exits the lever body. I could probably make something nice up on the lathe, perhaps out of a stainless socket head cap screw, but I'm curious if anyone might know what the proper part looks like.

Just for reference, the first picture shows the current Dia Compe levers, with the part in question circled, while the second shows what I have with the Dura Ace levers.

Thanks.
