my shifting is pretty good though at lights I sometiems don't get shifted in time. I don't use the large chainring till I get to about 20mph for more then a minute. in town it does not get a lot of use. but I do shift a lot to keep a good spin. I may get 4 shifts at a stoplight if I feel energetic befroe I even get to the other side.
