Section 5/11-403, Failure to give information and render aid. Class A misdemeanor.
Section 5/11-406, Duty to report accident. Penalty: License suspension.
Section 5/11-407, Failure to notify police of accident.
Personally, I think the hit and run mofo should be brought to justice.
