Those are two very similar bikes with the $200 price difference going towards a carbon fork versus a very heavy, but durable steel fork. I think the frames have identical geometry and are both Easton Ultralight. If you buy either, or any bike for that matter, I would recommend that you tell the shop not to cut the steerer tube until you are sure about handlebar height. Both are outstanding, versatile bikes.
