Yes he may, and probably will. I dont disagree with that. But what is the margin of error? How much time do you give him. I promise you Ras will be marked. He is not going to be allowed to go off willy nilly on a breakaway. If he wanted to do that he should have shed more time. If he was 10 minutes down they would let him go.
