dunno but i just got a wheel hand built for me there, got it last night just got to tranfer over the gears and disc,it's a hope pro II hub, sun mtx rim and full tandem spokes, i'll tell you how it handles up under the punishment i'm going to dish out at the weekend if you want?
i asked for something bombproof for a budget of just over a hundred quid, i got the above for £145, i had budget constraints so i doubt that's even close your requirements.. tho i reckon it'll be pretty solid, will soon find out, hope it last better than my last wheel!
