I do admit I'd be scared of the climb up to Bear Mountain - hoping I'll be in shape for that by year's end but by the descriptions not sure if a few weeks will be enough.
The great thing about a Bear Mountain climb is its guaranteed to be OPTIONAL. The only way out is back down the same road. Just wait at the bottom until the masochists come back down.
