Yeah, different schools of thought here.
1, you point the chevrons in the direction of rotation cause it channels water and stuff out of the way. Probably the intended purpose.
2, chevrons facing backwards, this lets them "dig in" to water, mud, rocks etc.
Same debate with the Remote control rock crawler trucks.
